What makes Binaric tick?

Our people. Our lifeline. Your satisfaction.

We know the typical thoughts when first hearing “team of recent graduates” – young, inexperienced, desparate for any crumb of an employment opportunity. We aim to break that stigma by applying the knowledge gained during our respective courses at the University of Northampton, specifically our yearly industry-simulating Group Project, where we were tasked each year to create a verticle demo of a game, under certain criteria, within a 3 month period, amid two other modules.

Some of us had plenty of leadership experience. Some perfected working under pressure. Others learned how to speed up production, improving the efficiency of their discipline in the process. We are all still learning, slowly on our way to mastering what we do. Join us on our journey!

From custom game engines, to researching under-represented sectors of science, to competition-winning art pieces – we have it all.

Our Team Lead has Production Administration experience, helping him organise the logistics and strategy of the business – he’s lead two group projects to sucessful deliveries amid major troubles, and never ceases to encourage excellence and pride in all we touch. There’s nothing he’s willing to stop at to allow us to suceed in our mission: delivering fun game experiences, built for the players, by the players.

The rest of the team have also, at times lead and delivered their own successful projects, or even making commendable constributions to their discipline.

Here we believe everyone should have a voice – and that the best games are made by those willing to tirelessly polish them and respond to user feedback.

After all, without you, our players, we would be nothing. Let’s make some memories together, one game at a time!
